BOE has established a single crystal silicon semiconductor plus silicon based OLED display production line in Linkong Industrial Park, Central Yunnan New District, Yunnan Province, with a total investment of 4.65 billion yuan. At present, 8-inch and 12-inch products have been mass-produced. This year, it has also launched 4K4K products of more than 5000 nits, and is currently sending samples to international customers. Next year is expected to see 4K4K silicon-based  OLED in the product. It is reported that BOE 4K4K silicon-based  OLED size is 1.3 inches, display PPI up to 4031, maximum brightness 5000nit, refresh rate of 90Hz.
