Both sides agreed to grasp the development opportunities of new energy automobile industry, work together to enlarge existing projects, speed up the implementation of signed projects, and plan to promote more projects. 

Since the first project was settled in Hefei in 2015, Corning has established three project companies in Hefei, including Display Technology, Automobile Environmental Protection and Automobile Interior Glass. It has implemented 9 sub-projects, including glass substrate, automobile exhaust treatment, vehicle glass and logistics center, with a total investment of more than 3 billion US dollars. 

Corning LCD Glass 10.5 Generation Line Project

The third phase of Corning Automotive Interior Glass project signed this time will increase the investment of 135 million US dollars on the basis of the investment of the first two phases, and put into the processing line of vehicle display cover glass.
