Honor and Xiaomi ranked fifth and sixth, respectively, with close shares. Lenovo only had one Razr series with vertical folds that ranked seventh.

The global foldable phone market is expected to grow 52% year on year to 22.7 million units in 2023, according to a Counterpoint research report. In this context, major smartphone manufacturers are introducing foldable phones at the rate of one to two models a year. Apple is also rumored to be planning to launch a foldable phone in the second half of 2023.
